We require the full receipt from Google Play or iTunes depending on your device.

Where can I find my receipt?

If you are using an iOS device, you can find the receipt by logging into your Apple account and selecting "Purchase History".

If you are using an Android device, you can find the receipt by searching for “google play order receipt” in the email you use with Google Play.
