I can't access my account

My account was connected to Google Play or Game Center

If your account was connected to either Google Play or Game Center you might be able to recover the account without our help.

Just make sure your device is logged in to the same Google Play or Game Center account that you used when last playing the game.

 

If your account is still not recovering you are probably using the wrong Google Play or Game Center account.

 

My account was not connected to Google Play or Game Center

You may still be able to recover your account if you contact support.

 

Contacting support

If we are able to confidently verify that you are the owner of the Fun Run account, we will help you regain access. You will be asked to provide us with the support code of the account currently on your device (make sure this account is connected to either Google Play or Game Center).

 

How to contact support

  1. Open the game.
  2. Open settings and select 'Account'
  3. Copy the support code.
  4. Press the 'Need help?' button.

To recover the account, we are going to need as much information as possible in order to prove that you are the owner. Please provide the following details about your account:

  • Username + # of the account you want to recover
  • Previous usernames
  • Friends usernames
  • Previous and current clans
  • Last login date
  • Account creation date
  • Receipts from in-app purchases
