Someone stole my account

It's not possible to steal another player's Fun Run 2 account without the login information. If you gave away your email address and password we can't promise you'll get your account back. However, if you made in-app purchases and still have the receipt we'll do our best to recover your account. Contact us below and include the following information:

  • The receipt(s) of your in-app purchase(s). See instructions below on how to find your receipts.
  • The username and account# of your account before you lost access
  • If the username has been changed and you know the new one, include that too

Where can I find my receipt?

If you are using an iOS device, you can find the receipt by logging into your iTunes account and selecting "Purchase History".

If you are using an Android device, you can find the receipt by searching for “google checkout” in the email you use with Google Play.
