If you're experiencing a problem with Fun Run 2 that isn't solved by uninstalling and reinstalling the app you can use the form below to send us a bug report. Please include the following information to help us solve the problem as quickly as possible:
- Your username and account#
- The version of Fun Run 2 you have installed (you can view this in the Settings screen)
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 6s or Samsung Galaxy s6)
- The OS version installed on your device (e.g. iOS 9.2 or Android 6.0.1)
- A screenshot of any error message you're getting. If you can't take screenshots with your device, type out the error message in your request.
- A description of the problem. Please be as specific as possible.
If your device is rooted or jailbroken this could be the cause of the problem and we may not be able to help you. Please specify if your have a custom ROM installed or your device is jailbroken.
