Seeing as it's against our Terms and Conditions to have more than one Fun Run account, it is also not possible to transfer coins/gems between accounts.
In the event that you do have two accounts (family members etc.), and you make a gem purchase on the wrong account, we can transfer the gem purchase to the correct account, as long as the gems have not been spent, and you can provide sufficient information that the purchases were made by you, and that they shall indeed be transferred. In this case, we will need the receipts of the purchase.
If you are using an iOS device, you can find the receipt by logging into your Apple account and selecting "Purchase History".
If you are using an Android device, you can find the receipt by searching for “google play order receipt” in the email you use with Google Play.
