If we are able to confidently verify that you are the owner of the Fun Run account, we will help you regain access. You will be asked to provide us with the support code of the account currently on your device (make sure this account is connected to either Google Play or Game Center).
How to contact support
- Open the game.
- Press the menu in the top right corner and select 'support'.
- Copy the support code.
- Press the 'Contact us' button.
To recover the account, we are going to need as much information as possible in order to prove that you are the owner. Please provide the following details about your account:
- Username + # of the account you want to recover
- Previous usernames
- Friends usernames
- Previous and current clans
- Last login date
- Account creation date
- Receipts from in-app purchases
